You might want to concentrate on certain neighborhoods as 3 cities in that area is pretty vast.

That's why it's almost impossible to wholesale off of the MLS.So I wouldn't concentrate on how to structure an MLS deal, I'd concentrate on how to find motivated sellers and off-market deals.
