Hi - I'm a software guy thinking about building an application for real estate agents. 

By day, I'm in B2B Software sales, but have always had a strong interest in the concept of financial freedom through the vehicle of real estate investing.I'm still very much learning & navigating, but am motivated to purchase my first property within the year - likely an owner-occupied FHA.

I need to be very specific in the search phrase so that I don't get charged an arm and  a leg for people searching for managers in New York, or someone looking for management software. 

But storEdge is just one piece of the larger hardware, software and call-center package that they have put together (including customized programming that they have done on their own).So far I have not found a syndication sponsor that is more innovative at automating facilities and removing manual/human management.

Are they going to do a Residency Audit?

However, I am looking to augment my current income as a software sales rep (S.A.A.S).

I am a broker, and as far as I know the lease agreement and the disclosures signed are all that is required if audited by the DRE.

So, i want to know what is the best option to analyze this case, because when i try to put this case in a valuation software the loan is discounted in the asking price and affect my cap rate and the IRR.
