Taking over Prop Mgmt for my client, what do I need from him?

I’ve been asked by my client to take over Property management of theIr rental property. Aside from the lease agreement, what other docs do I need from the owner? What docs should I provide to the tenant? Thanks for you help.

These are questions you should be able to ask your broker.  Have you managed before or is this the first go at it.   I assume you are an agent as most states require this to manage for others.
