Maybe your landscaping guy and painter and roofer and handyman give you a little break if everything is close together.

We employ a part-time painter and a handyman that does minor plumbing, electrical, drywall, and vinyl or laminate flooring installs.

Painters?

The entire house has been taped and mudded, painter has come through for primer and first coat of paint, and today the floors are being done.

so some cool features I suspect someone will come up with an after market rack for painters ladders or those that need to get small shots of lumber. 

I give her a red devil and an orbital sander and a pack of sandpaper and she gets that baseboard smooth as a babies bottom; it makes a huge difference in the paint job and I could never afford to have professional painters do that.

One of my preferred phrases is "Let Painters, paint."

I have a rehab I will be starting in 3 weeks and I need recommendations for the following tradesman (a) painter/drywall and (b) carpenter.
