Needed Tradesman: Painter and Carpenter
I have a rehab I will be starting in 3 weeks and I need recommendations for the following tradesman (a) painter/drywall and (b) carpenter. I already have a GC lined up along with floor guy, plumber, electrician and HVAC person.
The house is a 2 story (with basement) townhouse 4 bd, 3.5th that spans 1322 sq ft. The house mostly needs a cosmetic lift. I appreciate any suggestions.
