I'm active duty army and I'm looking to expand my earnings in real estate as a Hobby/ future financial security.

I'm getting ready to be a veteran: 22 and 3/4 years Army National Guard.

Don't get discouraged by all the heavy Indian accents. 

A bit about myself- I am currently on my second deployment, this time with the Army Reserves, and plan to use my VA loan to finance the purchase.

They hire an army of tele markers to get to talk to real person.

I was in the army for the last few years and recently got out.

@Eilen   , they are good , but i have a hard time finding good people to rehab  , that are not real expensive  , but i have  a crew and we have gone down there twice already  , 4 day stays  ,  we already have been offered 4 diff jobs by neighbors and by passers  , may stay down there longer next time, but i have a full time job  , very hard to get down there for more than 4 days  , but overall , i have bought 3 properties  , 2 ALMOST DONE AND WANTED TO BE rented by neighbors friends , waiting on me to finish  , other house in a sketchy neighborhood , but i can still rent it  , email with any concerns  , prices to buy are good , the rents are a little low , because of army base competition , but overall , a good investment .also got approached by 3 diff wholesalers to buy properties  

it's not for everyone, and that's a good thing, otherwise your job would be harder because you're competing with an army of young smart and hungry people trying to eat your lunch.
