My $.02Yup I would save this card for when you actually need it.. no one should be in trouble if they simply miss 2 rent checks,  If an investor is in trouble and cant make payments because of one or two missed rent checks then I think they need to take a bigger look at how they are running their reserve accounts or if they are biting off more than they can chew and slow down on new buys until they get the reserves stacked up to a proper level.
