Is this simply part of the gamble you take?

If I were going to gamble on a transitioning neighborhood in SF, Oakland, Richmond, or a big tract house in Dublin or Albany I would consider waiting for 2020/2021 which is my guess for the next dip.

Maybe staying in my lane could be the ticket, but the thrill seeker inside is chomping at the bit to explore residential.Thanks for your $.02 now if I can only find the other $9,999,999.98 lolThanks @James Wise Account Closed

My girlfriend's friend's husband has been gone for a couple of months due to his gambling addiction and has left her with the kids and the rent.

Needless to say, I'm not thrilled with either of the last two. 

This investor might be gambling that you miss the balloon date, he forecloses, he keeps the down payment, and he repeats.  

I cant imagine they were too thrilled at the MB dealership with you driving around in a Porsche.  

I'm excited, nervous, scared, and thrilled to be finally taking this journey to building our future!! 

I would be thrilled if I could find a wholesaler or wholesalers that could consistently provide deals that penciled out for me.
