Coat with a bleach paste or spray might help and let sit, but it will probably come back since its probably worked its way into the enamel.I replace toilets about every 5 years just to keep things looking sharp.

There is also a way to take individuals opinion of risk out of the equation, it is called the sharpe ratio and it basically shows how much every unit of risk is costing you.In this case, putting less down gets 1.064 and getting cash flow gets 1.036.
