I.E: send payment reminders to tenants 1 day before due date, send contracts, work orders notifications, what else?

Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't but the focus initially needs to be on something to look forward to, not reminding them of their burden.  

If they are smoking inside, send a reminder that smoking is not allowed inside.

My “thorn” is my morning texts from my managing broker reminding me to make my prospecting calls as well as my Wednesday evening calls with my real estate mentor.

The cool thing about it is that the site will send automatic reminders about upcoming due dates, and will track late payments and fees, etc.

Although some may not be 100% truthful, you'll be surprised by how many people will share valuable information with you.Not only that, but if they like the property, you can remind them how to apply.  

I had places do that for me in the past. 7) Is Cozy a good way to share reminders to my tenents: i.e - lawnmowing happening this week; air filter getting delivered, etc?
