I heard that mentioned in the recent episode of the Rookie show too, and would love to know more about what platforms exist out there for the direct booking/purchase of add-ons in the STR space.

The ability to house hack with a separate living space How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Either offering a unit or two as short-term rentals available with a space of horses to stay as well; a horse motel is the idea. 

That’s a space I am interested in, as I have done a lotta work professionally in STR.

@Sylvester Hardison, I am going to echo other's thoughts, but it also depends on what your current education level is and where you feel your weaknesses are.Within the multifamily space, for instance, there are a lot of groups out there.  

I can't add an ADU in the back of the area, there is not enough space.

Septic fields are an option, but they can require a quite a bit of open space. 

I provided them office space telephones and the absolute necessity of having lexus nexus..

Taking yard space or a garage space is no more defensible than removing a bedroom.

A family member is currently living upstairs and paying rent while the basement is vacant.I'd love to hear your ideas on how I could make the best use of the basement space.
