I'm in a duplex of sorts, at least it has a mother-in-law suite to help with expenses.Under Education up top are a lot of good 'how-to' guides.  

The mother is  an enabler, i don't get a sense that the daughter is refusing to leave, she just hasn't found another place yet and rentals are in short supply.  

I was originally looking for a home with a mother-in law I could rent out, (alternative to a duplex) but so many are done very poorly, and the ones that are nice are sold instantly.

I'm thinking we could join forces someday and make a great mother-daughter team.

My mother and I work full time on the farm (that means 7 days a week 365).

The upside is the seller is my mother-in-law and the $14,000 will go to my wife and her brother or to the grandkids in the future.All advice is appreciated.
