Getting Starting

Hello everyone just wanted to introduce myself I've been on biggerpockets a while but never commented I've been doing a lot of research on real estate and I'm excited to get started. I have purchased a home before and sold it not thinking about investing at that time was my personal home I lived in. I'm currently in the process of getting a loan to buy a multi family to "house hack" any and all advice would be greatly appreciated thanks in advance.
