He has no money, bad credit (which is a measure of a person's financial trustworthiness), he's not willing to get a second job because he doesn't like to work, and he's close to quitting his first job, even though he has no money and no credit.

The application form does not states the start day of the leasing only on emails.The problem started when I went to measure the windows on my friend's apartment to know what curtains I will need (my future to be mine), I heard that the fridge did a very loud noise and then found out (through her husband) that the lock (and he showed me) that the lock from inside (so far) did not lock at all, you could locked it and pushed it hard and it would open anyway.

I suggest that you might want to aim a little higher with your goal setting, even if the education is free.For what it's worth, I've never even heard of the NR crap until today.I find it very amusing.I am going to start a new thread called "Misguided Real Estate Investing Goals".Here are a couple of thoughts:"I want to leverage 150%""I want to do a lease option with a tenant that has no chance to ever buy"or maybe,"I want to get into commercial deals because, 'loose lips sink ships'."

Credit is a measure of financial trustworthiness, and banks won't loan money to people who they consider to be less than trustworthy with money.Therefore, I would suggest that you do whatever it takes to take care of your credit problem.
