The rental registration legislation has been taken to court, so its not in effect at this point in time.

you can read my rant from a year ago about AOB, but honestly, we are going to have to regulate or legislate something soon, or insurance will really get out of hand.

This legislation will allow landowners of farmland and forestland to participate in the carbon market as long as they are utilizing best practices when farming/foresting.

There is some state level legislation in the works to address this and hope to see a bill signed before the end of the 2022 in Florida.

It would have already had been introduced if not for the author of the legislation being voted out of office in the last election, thus delaying it being brought up in DC.

I tend to agree that people will always come up with a work-around (see Prohibition, or Anti-Gun legislation, or fill-in-the-blank)It'll be interesting to see where this goes, it could set a lot of precedent for the nation.....
