Here's a clip from the article in the Gazette:  Colorado Springs continues to be one of the country’s hottest housing markets, a federal report released this week shows.Local home prices spiked 11% in the fourth quarter of 2019 when compared with the same period a year earlier, an increase that ranked No. 2 among the nation’s 100 largest metro areas, according to the Federal Housing Finance Agency.Only Boise City, Idaho, with a 12.7% gain in home prices, had a larger increase on a year-over-year basis, the agency’s report showed.

I'm game...A snip-it from a post I did on this thread about investing in Wisconsin: Milwaukee is sitting on some of the most affordable housing in the country, is adjacent to one of the largest freshwater lakes in the world, has entertainment & food that rivals every major metro, it's sports teams bat way above average for a small market which attracts hundreds of thousands if not millions of people here annually, economic development has been happening at a level unprecedented since the '50s (we are breaking ground on the world's largest mass timber building in June), has a tech ecosystem on the ground floor of attracting major talents with partners from the fortune 500 companies in town...

We do have several good things in Minot going for us: The air base has 2 wings, the railroad (major hub), the oil industry - Hess (dont expect another boom anytime soon, the Minot Govt is working hard to prevent that from happening), and we have the largest hospital in the surrounding area besides Bismark.
