Wait to buy or hold for a year in the Great Tampa Area
Hello, I'm looking to buy my first SFH in the Great Tampa Area. My price point is around 150K. Do you think it's better to buy now or wait a year to see if prices start to cool off?

@Solomon Stavis you could be waiting forever. No one knows what’s going to happen. There is money to be made in every market. As long as the property would cashflow with all expenses, management, I would say go for it!
