I recently did one, it was returned, "incorrect payment amount, should be $90"  But I did indeed send them a $90 check, they returned someone else check to me for $60. 

@John Menton Unfortunately, what @Alexander Zurn mentioned as it pertains to multi-family properties is incorrect.  

I think some of them don't want to be sued for the information they give out and someone gets denied for something, or the information is incorrect.

@Culin Tate is incorrect that their review will not show if you don't review them.

Your boss is reporting your income incorrectly and this will have bad affects on your ability to get a mortgage but also other aspects as well.... 

I know that's where I am headed.All this being said, I love New York, but mostly for its quirks.

The 2 outlets that are incorrect may be at the end of a circuit, so you need to find the first thing that works properly when working backwards on that circuit.

If he'll embellish that stuff, the financials are property incorrect as well.-  Next, ask for a copy of the pro-forma from the seller, including rent rolls and details about each tenant (how long they've been there, when the lease expires, security deposit, credit reports etc). -  Then, check out taxes, insurance and other expenses (utilities, for example) that can pretty easily be verified.  

I feel that it's a bit desperate and/or using SSI the incorrect way.
