I understand every market is different and I currently do not know where I will go once I transition from the military but lets use New Jersey as an example as a strong possibility, and Texas as a runner up (which I have heard, and researched wonderful things for veterans and real estate).

Just off the top of my head i say you should have A MINIMUM OF 10 potential investments a week to win 1-2 a month.I say start a month out at least, How do you do this without spending endless hours or money prospecting? 

He just endlessly repeats them. 

This community has left a great impression on me as there is seemingly endless knowledge available and I get a real sense of egalitarianism from experienced investors as they help us newbies navigate these initial stages.
