I am currently reading So Good They Can’t Ignore You by Cal Newport...I really like the idea of building career capital or the skills that make you valuable.

I am currently an Army Officer with about a year left in the Service and I want to transition into the real estate industry while also doing my own investing.

Besides real estate agent, what other ways can someone work in the real estate industry where they can build career capital to benefit their investing in the long run?
