Of course, you could make it pretty passive by just investing with the first provider you see, no questions asked, but I don't think anyone would recommend that :)I hope that helped consolidate the varied answers you'll see to this question.

Their resistance (or at least reluctance) to move out and be willing to forestall certain lifestyle benefits and the total true cost of living until the future means that home ownership is postponed until much later.We watched the consolidation of families into larger housing units temporarily after the 2008-09 Great Recession.

Use 1031s to consolidate and move geography from the highly appreciation dependent areas and sectors and go into better cash flow - maybe in other geographies or moving into denser MF or commercial assets.

Inspection times are only provided the afternoon before so it makes scheduling difficult especially if you have multiple inspections on a day (they do not always consolidate inspections of multifamily buildings).

And can't wait to see what else you put out going forward.FYI I think there is a great opportunity to copy Tim Ferriss - Tools of Titans and mirror very closely how Tim took all podcast guests, consolidated into one book, a few pages per guest, and extracted general background along with major tips, tools, suggestions, and common answers from the guests.I'm biased.. but I would love to read a bigger pockets book that had an almost identical format to Tool of TitansKeep up the good work BP team/ community
