Go into any zoom meeting and most people shut off their video in the first 5 minutes. 

You can't shut down all these businesses, unemploy tens of millions of people, give them "free" money from the taxpayers, and not expect some major repercussions.

@Greg Scott So if you noticed, OpenDoor, Zillow, and OfferPad all shut down temporarily during the COVID market dip.

My cell phone is important because they will shut me off if I stiff them months of service charges.  

Especially since THE GOVERNMENT has shut down many of my "small business" tenants for an indefinite period of time, and many residential tenants are out of work due to their employers being shut down, so they are unable to pay the rent they owe me. 

I'm in the middle of my first BRRRR, and of course timing couldn't be worse since we lost a good two months due to construction shut down in this area.
