Investment Info:

Single-family residence wholesale investment in Lancaster.

Purchase price: $187,000
Sale price: $187,000

House in Great Location, Near Schools Churches, and Near freeways. Great for a family. Built 1957 1,187 sqft.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

OPM

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Driving for Dollars, Saw a Houseand they weren't interested in selling at the time sold another one they had and they gave me the keys.

How did you finance this deal?

How did you add value to the deal?

Clean it up, Yard work etc

What was the outcome?

I had to renegotiate contract and was able to sell.

Roof Damage can be a deal-breaker, People with a lot of money can be as thrifty as anyone else.
