I know alot of people who get treated for depression or some sort of mental health issue and gets a letter from a licensed doctor or therapist that allows the patient to have an ESA.

Sometimes it is overwhelming and sometimes it is just what I need to say, "Ok, it is time to see a doctor on this one."

So forgive me if this is a stupid question)  You need Private Money (doctor, dentist, businessman) not a bank.

Similarly, when you pull a credit history as a lender/creditor or landlord, you are not permitted to provide a copy with the applicant.Even if it were permitted, why would you trust an applicant to provide you with an un-doctored copy of their credit history report?     

You as an investor may be a Doctor, owning a manufacturing, retail store and the list goes on.

You wouldn't walk into a hospital and expect to know all of the medical jargon the doctors use, so don't be hard on yourself for not knowing all of the real estate jargon.

In looking online about how to get an ESA letter, there are apparently doctors who will certify that the patient has undergone "online therapy."   

Must be doctors and nurses who like to rent in the hood per Morris Invest - sarcasm. 

Or something like a large base of traveling nurses/doctors that need simple accomodations on a shorter-term lease?

It is leased by the doctor I purchased it from with a month to month triple net at $9200 a month.
