I doubt I could remember all of the tools we've used on our rentals, but I'll give it a shot.Screwdrivers of various sizes/types, hammers, crowbar, cat's paw, shovels, rakes, broom & dust pan, wrenches of various sizes/types, pliers, wire strippers, circuit tester, reciprocating saw, circular saw, hacksaw, tile saw, miter saw, table saw, box cutter, scissors, pencils, tape measure, level, drill with bits and other attachments, string, saw horses, rotozip, heatgun, clamps, tin snips, saber saw, trowels, buckets, sheet rock knives, nail guns, paint brushes, rollers, trays, paint sprayer, rags, hoses & sprayers, power washer, tarps, carpet stretcher, work lights, garbage cans, paper tiger, garden sprayer, extension ladder, step stool, 6 & 8 foot step ladders, air compressor, toilet brush, shop vac, extension cords, fans . . . . . . .

You just pour then brush to spread over site, no muscle, just spread.

I've found it works well to begin with a broad brush and work your way down from there.

I've looked into every door direct in the past but always brushed it off because it wasn't targeted.

I recommend some training in advance rather than waiting for a problem to exist before you teach them how to operate a toilet brush.

Next would be to brush off your Excel skills, get ahold of someone’s analyzer for deals, and start to unlock your own opportunities.Happy Learning.Mike

I tried updating my profile as much as I could before posting but it gave me static about zip code changes and I couldn't figure out how to post a pic of myself….Sorry, not very tech savvy.Background-  I am 34 and am very fortunate to have a full time job as a firefighter/Paramedic in the metro Detroit burbs.  

We also provide welcome bucket of cleaning supplies along with a toilet brush, plunger broom and mop.Thomas S. - I do not see this as exchanging gifts, but as customer service and encouraging new tenants to get out and patronize local businesses (who, in turn have been very good at referring prospective tenants to us).

I am not sure if this was clear to you in my first response, but that price isn't static.
