Hi Daniel,I’ve read if you’re interested in complete anonymity you can start by forming a holding LLC in Wyoming, New Mexico, Nevada or Delaware.

It has been said in a few different ways but I always represent myself as being part of the management company and leave the "owners" as anonymous people that the tenants cannot contact.
