Finally, attend some of the local investor meetups.

You could continue to research good markets that cash flow, start connecting through BP w/local players that are doing what you want to do, travel to the area and really get to know it more, make connections w/brokers, property managers, attend any local BP or MF meetups you find out about.  

There is a club meeting on the 20th of September and I desperately want to attend it to network myself.

Make sure to set up keyword alerts so you can get notified about  topics that interest you when they are mentioned in the forums.Look into attending local REIA meetings.

I am attending a Meetup this week in Franklin square.

I also have to attend a board meeting where I might get a fine or insist that I evict my tenant because the community has a drug free policy.

@Nathaniel Birdsong I recommend you attend the local REIA and the Greensboro Deal Maker Sessions to network with like-minded REIs.

Recently attended my first REIA meeting yesterday and was excited about hearing from the speaker and that I recognized a lot of the concepts from my 2 months of study.
