Anyone else been to a workshop like this?  

Hello my name is Bosko, I have currently been going to a workshop all weekend as a guest with a coworker.

He's worked in real estate as a mortgage lender and describes the proliferation of real estate seminars, workshops and scams as "a major pet peeve.""

I was wondering if anybody here knows of any workshops in Massachusetts, mainly focusing on Wholesaling.

I am in some Real Estate Workshop,  which is expensive as hell. 

A few attorneys in my firm's Landlord Representation group are putting together a free workshop so that we can talk a little bit about what we do, what we are seeing in courts throughout Maryland (and contemplating doing one for DC and VA), etc.

May become a member and attend more workshops. 

While most kids were watching Saturday morning cartoons, I was obsessing over This Old House and New Yankee Workshop every Saturday.

So, interesting fact.. my attorney does workshops and educates business owners about the difference between LLC/Corporations/Sole Proprietor and she was saying that when you set up a company you need enough capital to start and you need to maintain capital or that it can appear that it is a "skeleton" account and not a real business account.

I recently done a 3 day workshop but I still feel like I need help in getting started!
