Landlord workshop

A few attorneys in my firm's Landlord Representation group are putting together a free workshop so that we can talk a little bit about what we do, what we are seeing in courts throughout Maryland (and contemplating doing one for DC and VA), etc. I'd like to hear what some Landlords in this forum would like to hear about. What topics are of big interest to you? What would you want to hear from the legal side? I'd be very interested to see what your thoughts are.
