I saw this in a local classified's ad.  Seems pretty promising.  I couldn't imagine people are just going to go there if they're not interested in some sort of real estate, right?  Anyone else been to a workshop like this?  Any advice on what I should be looking for?  I need to mingle!!  haha  (not to mention I love historic preservation!)
