They can introduce you and you can spark interest in getting them out of the pains they may have.Many areas have Landlord Associations, where LLs swap stories and stay abreast of changes in their area.

This may spark debate among some but I am finding there are ways to do it and I am having some luck already!!

As for the BP blogs  including such strategies I think it  has sparked some ethics discussion so that is good.

I know some guys that will ask the neighbors if their lawn mower/boat/car is for sale to spark conversation, then proceed to explain they were interested in buying the house down the road.  

I have done it all, from selling residential real estate over the span years, as well as specializing in commercial real estate, putting together some very large commercial transactions in the downtown and outer Reno/Sparks areas.

Every deal that ive ever done has been with someone who didnt live here in my market.above all real estate has changed my life......i am probably the 2nd most disciplined person that i know.....Because of real estate i started reading books......books changed my life......i started with rich dad poor dad and so on.....its sparked a new journey of self development for me......i get up at 430 and meditate, pray, affirmations, gratitude and then off to the gym.....i gave up red meat a few years back and i currently fast for 48 hours straight, weekly.....im physically a different person from 5 years ago and im grateful for that.......if there was a piece of advice that i could give you, read books.....not even really real estate books......this business is majority mindset.......focus on that and work on your discipline and you will go far........i can gift you RDPD if you dont have a copy
