I just got spammed from someone pushing this "guru" and have a few thoughts about it.How to sniff out the fake gurus from the real one?

Hey there Chevonne,I do apologize if I or myself came off as rude but you see we do deal with a lot of people that are just here to solicit and spam.

Don't make it too wordy and don't use letters with those transparent material that you can see through to the return address like a lot of spam mail has.

I remember people making runs on the stores for water, TP, rice, and Spam any time a natural disaster hit or a tsunami was forecasted. 

Plus, tenants who know how to connect too well and take advantage of the bandwidth.Plus, there could even be a little potential liability.... in what they download, if they send spam or have a virus that sends spam, and perhaps even if you don't provide a secure network.

Its up to the receiver to decide if your message is spam. 

He specifically mentioned real estate investors multiple times as a culprit to heavy spam calls using auto dialers.

Not saying they are all fake, but I am on this website way too much and have seen several really similar scenarios get outed as fake accounts spamming to promote a service.

Check out Truecaller and other Apps for eliminating SPAM.Not sure what this does but Congress just passed anti-SPAM legislation, and the cell phone carriers are also required to develop technology to identify robo callers.
