I think I found a solid home I want to capitalize on.I did all the work myself so I feel guilty in giving someone a cut if I went through the trouble of doing all the work but, need assistance drafting up a solid offer letter.

I feel guilty sometimes when I do it but I feel like I know when it’s time to let the fire simmer down and so I can reset and poor gasoline on the next day.

Next I googled the current owner of the home, only to find recent news articles finding him guilty of killing his wife in the home (she didn't actually "fall down the stairs" like his first account stated).

Police just LOVE to hear the "but but but it's not mine, it's that guy's" argument...and then chuckle as they place cuffs on your wrists.Just a thought, but have you spoken to the alleged guilty parties about their recreational activities?  

Now if the foreclosure is contested or if there is a muddy title then there should be some sort of legal pleading and process underway shouldn't there?  

I spend plenty of time with my kids without having to feel guilty about it  LOL

She may feel left out, she may hate her job, she may feel guilty about all that , there are lots of reasons she is upset and it may not be about the money at all for her.

We're all innocent until proven guilty so with that said, stick to the facts of what you are trying to do.
