If this was recently Tucson in the summer can get toasty; there are companies that specialize in this type of cleanup that you may want to contact if the person was not discovered for a while, a lot of the time they will be branded more as crime scene cleaners but do all sorts of specialized cleaning.

Hi Guys,So like I've indicated in my previous posts, I started playing in the Atlanta Real Estate scene not too long ago.We closed on a 3 Bed 2 Bath SFR just 2 weeks ago.

Honestly the commercial world is a very different place than the sfh, under 5 units scene. 

@Richie Thomas I am guessing that working for an attorney you would see a lot more of the behind the scenes transaction.

As far as the tenant scene goes, yes obviously there are less people looking but there are still plenty out there.
