Hi Bigger Pockets folks! For the last month I've been doing a "deep dive" (thanks BP podcast for the lingo) into learning about REI. I've been reading a lot, listening even more, and am generally really psyched to have found a place with so many knowledge people. I'm interested in small multi family units, with the option of BRRRRing to keep the ball rolling.

I grew up in Brunswick, went to college in Portland, and now live with my wife in Litchfield in an old cape we bought a few years ago.
