Given the CDC's recent mandate though, any tenant can claim eviction would make them homeless and avoid eviction until the mandate is lifted.I have 26 properties with Section 8 tenants and am currently owed $0 in past due rent.

Barrington Lewis West Pensacola or Killearn?

West Pensacola area is nice and close to the schools/stadiums, (the property I’m considering is a 5min drive from FSU stadium and about 8min from FAMU stadium) but this area has some homelessness in the area and some crime.On the other hand, Killearn area is very nice, low crime, but is far from the schools (about 20-25min depending on traffic).

I think given the housing crisis of today and the need for housing I would say that income, credit checks and criminal background checks and sex offender background checks are fair games for determining an applicant for housing. if landlords start to want to play employer and start screening social media posts as part of an applicant’s acceptance for housing, then it’s only exasperating the homeless crisis.
