They even managed to evict a man for parking his big rig in the complex, something I thought was too harsh as it was part of the man's livelihood, but this dump, this has upset the entire neighborhood as its the first property in the complex, reflecting on the entire community..

Just for the record.However serving a notice on the 6th, or whenever, is not for the purpose of evicting it is to teach a tenant the harsh reality of being a tenant.

try some Muriatic acid ( wear goggles, rubber chemical gloves and a mask) you can find this at local hardware store or mason supply. this is used to clean brick. if you are inside, open windows and ventilate the room, this is some strong smelling stuff. just follow the directions on the container.
