You have reached FI and you are struggling with life's purpose?

The best play to recoup the investment if Owner Fi is the only real route for the potential buyer could be to owner finance it and then sell the note to a note investor.

I'm on the FI team and we are all agents who invest.

My goal isn’t to become a millionaire (although, it would be nice if I get there) but rather to achieve FI and have the ability to spend my time as I please, like with my friends and family.Also, being a greenhorn might limit my foresight but having 20 properties seems ambitious.

We've held mortgages in Florida on a couple inherited properties and I'll just say this - there's a reason you receive 20 re-fi offers in the mail everyday!

99% of lenders won't originate a loan or re-fi to an LLC on a residential duplex...
