What defines a pre approved short sale?

There are two aspects to this.  

hey @Jacob Nunn - like a lot of aspects of the plan - sounds like you have been busy on soaking up all the knowledge.two thoughts from my POV for what it is worth:1 - would be careful on tying up too much cash in the distressed land aspect.  

I heard NASB is the most experienced for SD-IRA's and I like working with them in every other aspect.

Just signed up and can't wait to learn everything I can and I look forward to picking your brains on how to make money in all aspects of real estate.

Much better than turnkey but not giving you that scale.I will say that with BRRR one of the hardest (maybe THE hardest) aspect is being diligent to your buying criteria.

That specific neighborhood is definately one of the least desirable in the city, although there may be some decent rental properties in the area.
