Two of the kids were twins, the son/daughter of someone from our church, plus one of their friends.

All I do.... 2 hours on Sat AM, 2 hours on a Sunday afternoon (convenient for the church crowd) and occasionally I'll do a weekday evening showing if the interest/submitted applications aren't as great as I would like and if I have a few things to finish up at the property anyway. 

I have come across a 105 acre chunk of land that is boxed in by small neighborhoods, a church and cemetery, etc.

It's insane to see the growth in attendees at our church from the first week of January to the first week of February.

Easiest people to do business with are the people who know you, love you, want to see you succeed.After all that then you are branching out to call people in your church, your frat, your schoolmates from grade school, middle school, high school, college....your frat, all the places you used to work, etc.Don't pay for any of this...that's all free....and better than anything you will pay for.....you can call from 8am to 8pm every day....but only to people who know you and won't turn you in...follow the DNC rules for others.

I remember the tenant decided that him and his buddy's from church could unclog the drain and they went to go rent out a snake machine thing.

If you want to show your virtue go coach Little League, volunteer at church, humane society etc.  

Our park is 55 pads and has 12 active pads. 11 mobile homes and 1 commercial building (Church).There are 3 nearby parks within a 5 mile radius and all are near capacity.
