Eventually I would like to purchase the million dollar homes once I get a few properties under my belt. 

I'm also an investor on the side with a few deals under my belt.

Half a dozen closings(and leases) under my belt with one active rental saving for my next down payment.Goal is to fund my start with the paycheck and eventually go full time management/investor but for now I have a PM to assist.I'm looking to jump in and start learning all I can. 

With two properties under your belt, I recommend you making sure your next buy is what they call a "fat pitch" ...in other words, one you can knock out of the park...you're young enough to wait for it.  

What I would LOVE to do is sit with someone here in Orlando that has a few under their belt or even shadow to see how it gets done.

@Terri ArdreyWelcome to the site.I believe a real estate license is a great tool to put in the belt.

I also saw how that belmont ave is a war zone belt, or the fourplexes next to the art museum, that even though look good and new has an area dominated by gangs.
