Well guys, I hate to bring thi back to the top here, but it seems as if this tenants is not willing to stop the shenanigans.As I previously posted, I had a wonderful electrician come out and figure out what exactly is going on.The issue, we thought, had been resolved.We did NOT evict because, well truthfully, we thought we resolved the issue amicably on both sides.
