In Western NY, there was a case this spring where a tenant attempted murder on another tenant, and the judge would not hear the eviction case, nor would the police remove the tenant.

In the examples you provided environmental issues are caused possibly even health risks, I never heard of a bandit sign that killed somebody or put a hole in the o-zone layer.Yes, it's very extreme, Jwalking to murder difference.

One thing I do which a lot of people I am sure will disagree with is I introduce myself as the PROPERTY MANAGER and the landlord is some mysterious old man that is demanding.
