If there is a zoning/permitting issue, then the City needs to get with the program because having some tightly-monitored efficiencies available would go a long way toward dealing with the homeless.BTW, it seems there were some homeless alcoholics living or at least meeting in our house before we bought it, who are now out of a home.

Being a REALTOR, I have full access to my Multiple Listing Service so the research was quickly done.2015 04 30 SF SOLD Analysis appears to show Waltham is a good target to focus on not just because of the # of sold but because the days on market is low(er) and the price point is moderate for this area.

Main variable would be if I wanted to do any moderate work on it (which it will need either immediately or at some point to maximize its potential), either as an exit strategy or for longer term rent benefit.
