Ben:You have time on your side and, while calculated risks are good things to take when you are young, you need to learn your line between risk and reckless.I have plans to be headed back your way in 2 or 4 years - once the boy is a little older - to have a go at the uphill run.

With being an agent....I think you should Id say to choose one and go at it.
