I used to work as the right hand girl for a large developer in the Alexandria area and I had a first look into the commercial side of business then!

I feel what I got out a college was a girl that I have been totally crazy about and married to for 55 years, so going was well worth it to me just for that reason, but career wise it was a total waste of time.

The first one had dealt with 3 management companies in 4 years, the last of which rented one unit to a sex offender who was molesting a 14 year old girl in the apartment.

I have a beautiful and supportive wife and three great kids (a boy and twin girls).

Are there any suggestions from you girls and guys?

I am a 30yr old new dad to an amazing little girl and little did I know, I started investing for her future at 18 thinking I was just gonna flip a few homes for quick cash.

(I have two kids, a 4 year old girl and a 2 year old boy...fun but exhausting)I'm very happy I found this huge source of information and excited to learn more while hopefully make great connections!
