I am a 30yr old new dad to an amazing little girl and little did I know, I started investing for her future at 18 thinking I was just gonna flip a few homes for quick cash. My portfolio isn't the most impressive but it's growing. I have 9 properties. (6 rental units) With tons of equity. Ive never sold a property (although that was my original plan) and I've never taken a paycheck, depending only on my work income and using all of my revenue to improve my business's bottom line. My wife and I are ready to take it to the next level. I would say that the Chattanooga Tn area is a bit complicated... Home sales prices vs typical rents usually make for low to marginal returns... Making my portfolio more of a retirement plan. Any comments, questions, or advice would be great! I look forward to networking with everyone!
