Hi - My name is Dave Bowen and I recently joined Bigger Pockets (great site, excellent info).  

I have worked in the telecommunications industry for over 25 years. Before 2012, the only real estate transactions I took part in were to purchase my three primary residences (I moved for work twice). I have a beautiful and supportive wife and three great kids (a boy and twin girls). I am very excited to start growing my real estate business.

Experience

I purchased my first single family rental a few years ago. It is a great investment with excellent cash-flow. I am now driving forward to build my real estate business. Over the last six months I have been spending about 10-15 hours a week reading and researching.

Real Estate Goals

- Grow my real estate network.
- Purchase my second long term hold rental property. I will work to find the right deal at below market price to ensure the best NOI / RoI possible. From there I will focus on my areas of growth to increase my rentable units as quickly as possible.
