Same with the kitchen, if roommates really do not want OP in the kitchen perhaps a combo of delivery services and roommates doing some of the cooking could work for 5 days.

For example my PM charges 7% as a base rate but with lease-up fees, annual/quarterly inspection fees, notice delivery/eviction fees, etc.all factored in, the effective rate is more like 12-15% in my experience.

Some buildings function more like a hotel where they will handle everything catered towards short term rentals- these types of buildings will more likely have a lobby concierge, they can call you if you have guests or food delivery- they might also have things like car valet service or poolside get togethers.

They have the lowest prices And lowest price on delivery, install & removal.

However, they have been slow to respond and it seems like all of these intermediaries would negatively affect the cost and delivery time of what is usually a relatively quick and inexpensive process.
