Does anyone know where to get a BPO in Upstate New York?

I've been looking at properties in Upstate New York, near the Niagara region and I've wanted to order some desktop BPOs after speaking with the sellers just to see if we can establish a fair initial offer. However, I haven't had any luck finding a broker or company which can perform them. I have reached out to a few online companies that claim to be an intermediary for networks of brokers who can provide the service. However, they have been slow to respond and it seems like all of these intermediaries would negatively affect the cost and delivery time of what is usually a relatively quick and inexpensive process. Where can I get BPOs ordered without all of the hassle and runaround?
